Darkness vs Live 1.16.2a v46 EN - Warcraft 3 Maps - Epic War.com - Its a good day to start from releasing new version of this map. Balance changes (Nerfs for OP darkness heroes) + artifacts for the Living Team.
The Living
In general
- If Quest Purification is failed (aka Light Generator is destroyed) the bonus Quest for the Darkness won't be launched anymore.
- Added Arcane Workshop building (shop) to the Citadel Town. It sells powerful Artifacts for the Living heroes.
  • Staff of Negation - +26 Intelligence. Ability: Dispel + 490 damage to summoned units. Cooldown: 8 seconds.
  • Fire Wand - +10 Intelligence, +4 Mana regen. Ability: Firebolt - 365 damage 4(1.65) seconds stun. Cooldown: 10 seconds.
  • Cleric Staff - +16 Intelligence, +8 HP regen. Ability: Give Life (Single Target) - +1 Life to the target hero. Turns undead hero of the living back to the living being. Cooldown: 135 seconds.
  • Infinite Clarity Potion - +150 Mana capacity. Ability: Restore mana - restores 385 mana during 10 seconds. Cooldown: 20 seconds.
  • Advanced Amulet of Spell Shield - +5 Armor. Spell Block each 12 seconds + Magic Resistance 33%.
  • Hood of Speed - +35 MS and +20% AS. Doesn't stack with other items of the buffing as/ms type.
  • Advanced Gem of Health - +780 HP, +5 Armor, +4 HP regen. Ability: Healing Energy - Restores 250 HP. Cooldown: 15 seconds.
- Gem of Health, Misc Item has an increased gold cost 960 up from 950. Bonus HP from this item has been increased to 390 up from 300.
- Rocket Launcher, Dwarfland Technology Item has an increased bonus damage 48 up from 35 and increased bonus armor 7 up from 4.
- Reworked Amulet of Light, Bonus Item mechanic (to upgrade it):
  • If you receive level, and your level is +10 and your hero is not a villager anymore two things will happen:
    • If you're any Light hero class (Paladin Adept, Paladin Warrior, Inquisitor, etc...):
      • Amulet transforms into the Awakened Amulet of Light (still the same aka Spell Block each 1 seconds + further quest).
    • If you're not Light hero class (Even footman, mayor and etc):
      • Amulet transforms into Broken Amulet of Light (+25 STR, +10 INT, Spell Block each 5 seconds).
It was supposed to be upgraded by coming to the Altar of Kings, but I've decided to keep the old way of upgrade (level up) for testing purposes
- Workshop building (in Port and Citadel towns + buildable building by workers) now has Repair ability. Restores 110 HP to the target allied mechanical unit/building in 1650 AoE. Has manacost
- Lumbermill Town has a Trade Hut on the lake, where you can sell caught fish for the same price as you'd in the Marketplace of the Lumbermill Town.
- Fishing in the lake (Lumbermill/Farm) has been buffed. Now it has 25% to catch Big Fish and otherwise 100% chance to catch just Fish (Previously it was 25% to catch Big Fish, then 75% to catch Fish otherwise you catch nothing and receive 10+1*LVL EXP) It was supposed to be 80% chance instead of 100%, but bugs... well, I guess we will keep this for testing purposes.

Hydromancer Hero Class
- Blizzard (Q) Hero Ability has a buffed damage and AoE formula: (21+21*LVL) damage each wave up from (15+15*LVL) damage. (190+10*LVL) Area of Effect up from (195+5*LVL). (210 damage per wave | 280 AoE)
- Tidal Storm (R) Hero Ability has a buffed waves per second and damage formula: (2+1*LVL) waves up from (1+1*LVL) waves and (60+30*LVL) damage up from (40+30*LVL) damage. (350 damage | 10 waves per second on 8th level)
- High Hydromancer hero form has a new (W) Hero Ability instead of the old one (Crushing Wave): Water Shield - Increases a target friendly non-mechanical unit armor by (2*LVL) and hp regeneration by (20+15*LVL) for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 2 seconds. (+18 Armor, +165 hp regen, cooldown 1.5 seconds on 8th level)

Paladin Magister Hero Class
- Basic Attack Cooldown has been increased to 2.05 seconds up from 2.00 seconds.

Righteous Paladin Hero Class
- Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.9 seconds down from 2.0 seconds.
- Defence per upgrade has been increased to 7 up from 5. (Hero Upgrades)
- Agility per Level has been increased from 1.5 to 1.95.
- Intelligence per Level has been increased from 5.10 to 5.15.

Light Ranger Hero Class
- Doesn't have Lesser Divine Shield as additional ability anymore

The Darkness
In General
- Corrupted Workshop (Captured Port & Citadel Towns) now has the Repair Ability.

Twilight King (Cho)
- Twilight Runes (R) Hero Ability now doesn't have a inner cooldown for spawning Ogres upon casting (aka no more 120 seconds cooldown before spawning ogres again on cast)

Ancient Black Dragon
- Now has an increased training time 180 seconds up from 60 seconds.
- Now has an increased resurrection time 180 seconds up from 120 seconds.
- Breath of Decay (Q) Hero Ability now has a very decreased missile speed.
- Decaying Aura Additional Ability now has a decreased AoE 560 down from 800.

Chief Tinker
- Robotic Augments (40 LVL upgrade) now has a 2nd level of the upgrade. It requires +40 Minutes passed
- Goblin Shredders now spawn 2 Clockwerk Goblin upon death.
- Goblin Devastators (Elite units) now spawn 2 Clockwerk Goblin and 1 Lesser Tinker instead of 3 Clockwerk Goblins upon death.

Fel Lord Commander
- His additional units (1 Maiden of Pain and 1 Overlord) now will spawn each 6 minutes up from 4 minutes of the Game at the Altar of Darkness.

Pit Lord
- His additional units (2 Dreadlords) now will spawn each 8 minutes up from 6 minutes of the Game at the Altar of Darkness.

-Implemented changes of new DVL versions: 1.16.1c => 1.16.1d => 1.16.2 => 1.16.2a
-Minorly changed the work of the Amulet of Light. New mechanic was supposed to work on coming to the altar of kings, now it works on lvl up if you're non villager hero.
-New icons for new artifacts.
-Reclassified Cybernetic Boots/Gloves for being an Artifact item, rather than misc items.
-Reclassified two secret artifacts (Sheep Hood/Greatstaff of Medivh).

General Changes
- Bomber "Boss" and Captain Frank Frost (Quest: Port Defence) now have hero attack type instead of chaos.

The Living
In general
- Staff of Negation, its Dispel ability cooldown has been decreased to 4 seconds down from 8 seconds (490 damage to summoned units each 4 seconds)
- Dispel (R/F) Ability has an increased damage to summoned units 285 damage up from 200 (Affects: Cleric (Hero), Cleric (Unit), War Cleric, Mermaid Cleric)
- Drain Soul (E) Hero Ability has a decreased cooldown 6 seconds down from 8 seconds on all levels of the ability (Affects: Archdemon secret hero).
- Arcane Workshop Shop now is invulnerable for first 30 minutes of the Game instead of first 20 minutes of the Game.
- Flak Cannons upgrade now costs 290 Gold and 510 Lumber up from 100 Gold and 150 Lumber.
- Flak Cannons of Flying Machines units now deals 35/27/18 splash damage to air units up from 7/6/5 splash damage.
- Flying Machine Bombs upgrade now costs 410 Gold and 280 Lumber up from 150 Gold and 100 Lumber.
- Flying Machine units now has 680 basic HP up from 465 basic HP. Their basic damage has been increased 28 against ground and 16 against air up from 18 against ground and 8 again air units. They also have a minorly increased bonus attack damage per upgrade and increased cost 165 Gold and 50 Lumber up from 115 Gold and 35 Lumber.
- Mortar Team units now has 530 basic HP up from 410 HP and a decreased training time 27 seconds down from 32 seconds.
- Dwarven Warrior units now have 1130 basic HP up from 775 HP and a decreased training time 17 seconds down from 20 seconds. Their cost has been increased to 210 Gold and 20 Lumber up from 175 gold and 10 Lumber.
- Dwarven Rifleman units now have 835 basic HP up from 575 HP and a decreased training time 21 seconds down from 26 seconds. Their basic Armor has been increased to 7 Armor up from 5 Armor and they receive 3 Armor up from 2 Armor per upgrade. Their basic attack damage has been increased to 42 up from 38.
- Fire Tank units now have 1830 basic HP up from 1475 HP.
- Mortar Tank units now have 1340 basic HP up from 1185 HP.
- Lieutenant units now have 2320 basic HP up from 2175 HP.
- Bomber-Copter units now have 1335 basic HP up from 935 HP and their basic Armor has been increased to 10 armor up from 6.
- Flamethrower units how have 1345 basic HP up from 945 HP.

Mayor Hero Class
- Mayor Personal Army upgrade (Mayor Mansion Building) now gives an increased hp bonus 1320 up from 910 and increased attack damage bonus 85 up from 60 to Bodyguards and Maniac Bodyguards (+1320 HP, +85 Attack Damage, +35% Attack Speed and Heroic Armor Type now).

Paladin Warrior Hero Class
- Light Nova (Q) Hero Ability has an increased damage formula (70+68*LVL) damage to the target and (40+38*LVL) nova damage up from (50+50*LVL) target damage and (30+35*LVL) nova damage (710 target damage and 415 nova damage on 8th level of the ability)
- Light Fury (E) Hero Ability has a decresed cooldown now 10 seconds down from 12 seconds on all levels. Also its damage formula has been buffed (165+45*LVL) damage up from (145+35*LVL) damage (615 damage, 8(4) seconds stun, 10 seconds cooldown on 8th level of the ability)

Engineer Hero Class
- Tesla Technology (Energy Restoration) and Rocket Technology (Self Repair Module) has now a reversed research time (60/120/180 seconds) instead of (180/120/60 seconds) and (210/255/300 seconds) instead of (300/255/210 seconds).
- New Special Upgrade - Custom AI. If researched allows the Engineer to build 2nd Research Center. Unlocks upon researching "Annihilator" Project upgrade.
- New Special Units - Repair Bots. Can gather lumber, build Engineer buildings and repair. Requires Custom AI upgrade to be researched.
- Tesla Bots now consume 3 food per unit down from 4 food.
- Rocket Bots now don't consume food.

True Brewmaster Secret Hero Class
- Decreased physical size and model sizes of Pandares Spirit units.
- Fire Pandaren Spirit now has a decreased Basic Attack Cooldown 1 second down from 1.35 seconds.
- Fire Pandaren Spirit now has Dirty Brawler as an additional ability (35% evasion, 20% 3x Crit)


The Darkness
In General
- Drain Soul (E) Hero Ability has a decreased cooldown 6 seconds down from 8 seconds on all levels of the ability (Affects: First Death Knight, Demonologist).
- Drain Energy (E) Hero Ability has a decreased cast/drain range 975/1050 down from 1200/1500 range (Affects: Satyr Lord, Corrupted Keeper of the Grove).
- Fear (E) Ability now has an increased cast range 890 up from 700 (Affects: Ancient Black Dragon hero and Faceless One Terror units (Old Gold))
- Mantle of Demonologist Item now provides 780 HP up from 300 and has 2 additional abilities: 1) Immolation - 45 damage/second to nearby enemy units 2) Healing Power - Restores 470 HP to the User. CD: 15 seconds. (+780 HP, +20 HP Regen and two abilities now in total)
- Dispel (R) Ability has an increased damage to summoned units 285 damage up from 200 (Affects: Darkness Clerics, Hybrid Clerics (Gardener Unit), Unholy Skeleton Mages (read below)).
- Banshee units now receive 3 Armor per upgrade up from 2 Armor.
- Necromancer units now receive 3 Armor per upgrade up from 2 Armor.

Pit Lord
- Nathrezim Cunning ability of Dreadlord units now has a chance to deal 3.2x damage up from 2.5x damage (35% evasion and 40% for 3.2x damage)

Twilight King (Cho)
- Ogre Skin passive ability of ogre units now consume 14 damage up from 10 damage.

Ancient Black Dragon
- Breath of Decay (Q) Hero Ability now has an increased range of wave 800 up from 600 and increased final radius 410 up from 300

Necromancer
- The Living Bones (E) Additional Ability (Requires 35 LVL of the Hero) now deals 65 damage up from 45 damage per second and costs 105 mana down from 235 mana.
- Summon Frost Wyrm (R) Additional Ability now requires 14 LVL of the Hero down from 21 level. Also it has lesser manacost 915 mana down from 1525.
- Frost Wyrm now has dispel magic (760 damage to summoned units) as an additional ability. Also it has an increased armor per upgrade 4 Armor up from 3.
- Frost Wyrm now provides +22 Armor to the Necromancer up from 10 Armor.
- Frost Wyrm Frost Armor ability (+25 Armor to the Necromancer) now costs 130 mana down from 200 mana.
- Establish Unholy Foundation (A) Ability now has 0 seconds cooldown down from 5 seconds, but an increased manacost 360 up from 310.
- Titanic Skeletons now receives 5 Armor per upgrade (7 LVLs of the Necromancer) up from 2 Armor.
- New Eltie Units: Despair Souls (Requires 42 LVL of the Necromancer) - powerful debuffers and supporters. They have powerful regeneration aura for skeleton army and powerful debuff aura, combined with a powerful Howl of Terror ability.
- Unholy Skeleton Mages now have AOE Dispel instead of target purge and mass heal instead of solo heal (Mass Bind Bones).

Warlock and Warlock Demonologist
- Orc Skin passive ability of Non-Chaos Orcs units (Green) now consumes 8 damage up from 6.
- Chaos Orc Skin passive ability of Chaos Orcs units (Red) now consumes 16 damage up from 12.
- Life Essence (E) Addtional Ability now transfers 400 mana from the Hero to the Draenor Portal building.
- The Draenor Portal building now has an initial 12 mana regeneration/per second. Also it stacks with the Old Horde Combo (Warlock + First Death Knight + Twilight King (Cho)), which provides +38 additional mana regeneration, increasing up to 50 mana regeneration of the Portal in total.
- Rain of Demons (A) Additional Ability (Unlocks on 42 LVL for Warlock Demonologist only) now has a decreased AOE Range 510 down from 750 and decreased cast range 1600 down from 1750.
- Chaos Axe Thrower units now don't require Pit Lord to be selected by other Player. But they require Stronghold (T2) to be available.
- Chaos Axe Thower units now have an increased attack range 545 up from 450 and an increased defence.

Blood Prince
- Rain of Unholy Blood (A) Additional Ability (Unlocks on 42 LVL of the Hero) now has a decreased AOE Range 480 down from 685.

Satyr Lord
- Attack Range of the Hero has been decreased to 740 down from 780.
- Basic Attack Cooldown of the Hero has been increased to 2 seconds up from 1.7 seconds (aka attack rate is decreased).
- 1 Satyr Hellcaller and 1 Satyr Trickster have been removed from the starting forces spawned with the Hero (Current starting army: 1 Satyr Soulstealer, 1 Satyr Firecaller and 2 Corrupted Treants).
- Nightmare Obelisk buildings now requires a built Corrupted Tree of Life to be unlocked.
- Satyr Firecaller units now have minor aoe splash attack.

-Implemented changes of new DVL versions: 1.16.2a => 1.16.2b => 1.16.2c
-Burning Blizzard ability and Blizzard now should stack with each other.

General Changes
- Minor hotkey changes for some abilities (Flare, Ensnare, etc)

The Living
In general
- Sea Empire (Secret bonus of the Sea Amulet Bonus Item) event has been minorly reworked. Now it requires to press ability-choice (Instead of typing in the chat -Yes or -No) upon triggering this and its full vision shared allied to the Alliance Team.
- Cleric Mermaid units now has Water Shield (W) Ability instead of Inner Fire (W) Ability (Heal, Water Shield, Holy Light, Dispel Magic current spellset).
- Dwarfland now has an additional Towers - Heavy Cannon Towers and Anti-Air Towers, which are establish across all the Dwarfland Territory.
- Water Element Expert Knowledge upgrade now gives 245 bonus hp up from 195.
- Light Expert Knowledge upgrade now gives 290 bonus hp up from 225 hp.
- Inner Fire (W) Ability now has an increased buffs: 10 bonus armor, 15% bonus dmg and 2.5 life regeration up from 6 bonus armor, 12% bonus dmg and 1.5 life regeneration (Affects: War Cleric and Cleric units).
- Holy Light (E) Ability now heals (damages) 310/480 HP up from 275/375 HP.
- Quest Guild and Gryphon Aviary buildings now have a decreased range of sight.

Paladin Warrior Hero Class
- Light Nova (Q) Hero Ability now has a decreased cooldown 5 seconds down from 6 seconds on all levels.
- Light Fury (E) Hero Ability now has a decreased cooldown 8 seconds down from 10 seconds on all levels.
- Now Requires Clarity Potion (165 Gold) additionally to transform to this Hero Class (Blessed Hammer + Blessed Paladin Armor + Clarity Potion are now required for now).
- Basic HP has been increased to 820 hit points up from 650 hit points. Basic MP has been increased to 185 mana up from 0 mana.

Engineer Hero Class
- Custom AI upgrade now has a decreased research time 165 seconds down from 240 seconds. Also it requires Rocket Launchers upgrade instead of "Annihilator" Project upgrade (aka can be researched more earlier).

The Darkness
In General
- Darkness Light (E) Ability now heals (deals) 470 HP up from 375 HP (Affects: Darkness Cleric units)
- Darkness Inner Fire (W) Ability now gives 14 bonus armor up from 8 armor (Affects: Darkness Cleric units)

Darkness High Cleric
- Darkness Inner Fire (W) Hero Ability now has an increased bonus armor formula (5+3*LVL) armor up from (4+2*LVL) armor.

Gardener
- Poison Attack Passive Ability (Symbioplant Warrior/Shooter units) now deals 12 damage per second up from 7 damage. Also it now slows 12% MS and 10% AS. (12 damage per second + 12% MS slow and 10% AS slow for 5(1) seconds.
- Poison Shot Passive Ability (Marksman Hybrids) now deals 18 damage per second up from 14 damage. Also it now slows 25% MS and 5% AS. (18 damage per second + 25% MS slow and 5% AS slow for 15(3) seconds.
- Herbalisk (previousy Marklisk, were renamed) units now has Poison Shot as an additional ability.
- Symbioplant Shooter range of attack has been increased to 515 up from 400.
- Symbioplant Cutter range of attack has been increased to 630 up from 475. (Also range of Multishoot is increased too along with the range of attack)
- All units now have a decreased grow/training time:
  • Symbioplant Shooter decreased growing time to 28 seconds down from 68 seconds.
  • Symbioplant Warrior decreased growing time to 28 seconds down from 68 seconds.
  • Symbioplant Crusher decreased growing time to 46 seconds down from 120 seconds.
  • Symbioplant Cutter decreased growing time to 52 seconds down from 120 seconds.
  • Poison Flower decreased growing time to 28 seconds down from 45 seconds.
  • Magical Flower decreased growing time to 36 seconds down from 52 seconds.
  • Infected Footman decreased training time to 25 seconds down from 45 seconds.
  • Infected Marksman decreased training time to 45 seconds down from 85 seconds.
  • Infected Cleric decreased training time to 35 seconds down from 70 seconds.
  • Infected Hydromancer decreased training time to 35 seconds down from 70 seconds.
  • Infected Peasant decreased training time to 15 seconds down from 40 seconds.
  • Peasanator decreased training time to 30 seconds down from 80 seconds.
  • Peasanator MK2 decreased training time to 60 seconds down from 160 seconds.
  • Peasanator MK3 decreased training time to 120 seconds down from 320 seconds.
  • Infected Satyr Soulstealer (Requires Satyr Lord) decreased training time to 28 seconds down from 60 seconds.
  • Infected Satyr Shadowdancer (Requires Satyr Lord) decreased training time to 28 seconds down from 60 seconds.
  • Footling decreased training time to 50 seconds down from 105 seconds.
  • Herbalisk (Marklisk) decreased training time to 90 seconds down from 186 seconds.
  • Ultraplant decreased training time to 105 seconds down from 120 seconds.
Pit Lord
- Pit Lord Wings (Q) Additional Ability now has a separate cooldown for additional effect (Heal HP + Dispels all negative effects on the Hero and dispels again after 3 seconds) 30 seconds from the ability (Spell Block) cooldown itself. But the heal is now increased 1380 healed hit points up from 600 per worked effect. (Short explanation: Spell Block 6 seconds, when activates if the second effect (30 seconds) is not on cooldown then heal + dispel)

Necromancer
- Empower Bones (W) Ability of the Unholy Skeleton Mages now gives 8 bonus armor up from 5 armor.
- Unholy Grave buildings now spawning a corpse every 90 seconds up from 60 seconds. But their limit has been increased to 26 up from 20.
- Unholy Tomb buildings now spawns corpses up to 4 every 20 seconds up from 4 seconds per corpse.

Warlock and Warlock Demonologist
- The Old Horde Combo now gives 23 additional mana regeneration to the Draenor Portal down from 38. Thus makes total mana regen of the building up to 35 (12 initial + 23 Combo).

Techno-Smith
- Hunter and Reaper flying units now counts as both ground and air units (aka attacked by both of them, like flying machines etc)

-Implemented changes of new DVL versions: 1.16.2c => 1.16.2d => 1.16.2d1
-Minor works on hotkeys position etc (especially Sea Empire tech-tree).
-Few text fixes (especially some buildings/upgrades non being translated).
-Some autocast abilities are now activated upon training of the unit (like infected hydromancers).

Lets see... it was like almost 3 month since the release of the last english version of Darkness vs Live map, such a shame! Well now its time to reset the timer Darkness vs Live 1.16.4fix v49 EN - Warcraft 3 Maps - Epic War.com - New version is already here!
General Changes
- Stags (critters) now have 10 hit points maximum down from 115 HP.
- Chikens (critters) now have 35 HP maximum down from 60 HP.
- Secret Quest of feeding some hungry Mysterious Dreadlord is now removed from the map.

The Living
In general
- Bouncing damage of Avatar of Vengeance and Spirit of Vengeance units now deals 15% less damage up from 10%.
- Citadel Town is also habitated by additional 2 Elven Swordsmen and 1 Elven Archer.
- Burn Corpse (W) Ability now has 15 manacost down from 22 mana and can burn only enemy corpses. (Affects: Inquisitor elite units)
- Meteorite burning effect now affects mechanical units too. (Affects: Firemancer Hero Class)
- Caravan Horses of Quest Caravan Defence now have 220 basic movement speed instead of 165 previously.
- Caravan Horses of Quest Caravan Defence now have Caravan Rush Ability instead of Charge. It increases their movement speed by 35% and makes them to walk through any enemy for 8 seconds. Still activates upon horses being attacked.
- Will be added later.

Paladin Warrior Hero Class
- Light Nova (Q) Hero Ability now self-heal effect now heals a hero for (825+18*HeroLVL) hit points instead of constant 925 HP per cast.

Righteous Paladin Hero Class
- Now to evolve to this Hero Class the Hero requires only 9 Level down from 15 Level.
- Aura of Holy Fire (Q) Hero Ability now consumes (13+2*LVL) mana per second down from (17+5*LVL) mana.
- Holy Protection (R) Hero Ability now consumes (60-2*LVL) mana per spell-block down from (80-4*LVL) mana.

Captain (Melee) Hero Class
- Captain Hero Form now has new (W) Hero Ability: Battle Mastery, instead of the old one (W) Healing Potion. (W) Battle Mastery - Deals damage to 5 nearby enemy units and heals a hero.
- General Hero form now has new (W) Hero Ability: Advanced Battle Mastery, instead of the old one (W) Greater Healing Potion. (W) Advanced Battle Mastery - Deals damage to 7 nearby enemy units and heals a hero.

Shadow Huntress Hero Class
- Moon Glaive bouncing attacks now loose 12% damage up from 10% per each next jump.

Mayor Hero Class
- Royal General Additional Hero now has Advanced Battle Mastery (W) Hero Ability.
- Dwarven Might Global Aura (Dwarf Mayor) now has a decreased damage bonus (2*LVL)% down from (3*LVL)%

True Brewmaster Secret Hero Class
- Breath of Fire (Q) Hero Ability now has 8 seconds cooldown down from 10 seconds. Also it deals (85*LVL) initial damage up from (50*LVL) and deals (12*LVL) burn damage up from (7*LVL) damage (if the affected targets had Drunken Haze effect). Also burning damage lasts to 14 seconds on 8th LVL of the ability up from 12 seconds.
- Drunken Haze (W) Hero-Ability now has an increased Area of Effect (180+20*LVL) up from 200. Also its cooldown is now 10 seconds down from 12 seconds. And Range of Cast is increased to 670 up from 500.

Maniasitor Secret Hero Class
- Bloodburning Wave (T) Hero Ability now deals (78+22*HeroLVL) damage additionally to the primary target.

The Darkness
In General
- Legion Doom Horn Misc Item now gives 5 hp regeneration up from 0.5 per second.
- Berserk (W) Ability now takes 35% increased damage down from 50% damage. (Affects: Troll Berserker, Troll Warlord, Chaos Axethrower and Chaos Grunt units)
- Throw Boulder (Q) Ability now stuns for 2.3(0.7) seconds instead of 2(1) seconds. (Affects: Cthulhu Sea Titan, Techno Golem and War Golem units)
- Banshee Adept Training upgrade now has 25 seconds research time down from 60 seconds. While Banshee Master Training upgrade now has 40 seconds research time down from 90 seconds.
- Necromancer Adept Training upgrade now has 25 seconds research time down from 60 seconds. While Necromancer Master Training upgrade now has 40 seconds research time down from 90 seconds.
- Skeletal Mastery and Skeletal Longetivity ugprades now have 35 seconds research time down from 90 seconds.

Darkness Paladin
- Now has new (Q) and (E) Hero-Abilities instead of old ones (Q) Darkness Pulverize and (E) Darkness Light:
  • (Q) Darkness Nova - Deals nova damage and additional damage to the target and heals a hero for (825+18*HeroLVL) hit points.
  • (E) Darkness Fury - After 1 second of preparations deals damage to all units nearby the Hero and stuns them.

Darkness Demon
- Create Summoning Circle (T) Additional Ability now consumes 855 mana down from 1480.

Twilight King (Cho)
- Now receives only 1 Ogre Warrior instead of 2 Ogre Warriors and 1 Ogre Magi upon Warlock + Twilight King Combo.
- Twilight Forge now doesn't give on 20 LVL of Cho 3/3 ugprades of Orcish Melee Weapons/Armor if the Warlock + Twilight King Combo is happened.

- Raise Melee Skeleton (Q) Hero Ability now raises 2 random Skeletons on +5 LVL of the Ability, but its ability is now reworked to (1.5+3.5*4LVL-0.5*LVL) seconds and manacost too to (20+90*4LVL-5*LVL).
- Raise Skeleton Archer (W) Hero Ability now raises 2 random Skeletons on +5 LVL of the Ability, but its ability is now reworked to (1.5+3.5*4LVL-0.5*LVL) seconds and manacost too to (20+100*4LVL-5*LVL).
- Summon Skeleton Mage (R) Hero Ability now has reworked cooldown (50+20*2LVL-10*LVL) and manacost (60*2LVL-5*LVL) (in short all these abilities require more mana with more skeletons raised/summoned)

Demonologist
- All elite demon units (Warlocks, Doom Guards and etc) now have a bit increased attack rate and damage. (Will be explained/added later)

Warlock and Warlock Demonologist
- Dark Portal (W) Additional Ability now summons 5 Slaves of Warlock up from 4. Also it has a decent chance to replace at least 1 Slave of Warlock with Chaos Grunt unit.
- Life Essence (Q) Additional Ability now transfers 300 mana to the Draenor Portal down from 400 mana per cast.
- Abyssal elite units Permanent Immolation Ability now affects mechanical units too.
- Upon reaching 60 LVL of Warlock Demonologist Hero - 8th level of Demon Army Strength upgrade will be unlocked.
- Warlock Hero now spawns without 2 Chaos Raiders and 2 Chaos Apprentice Warlocks. (Current starting forces are - 2 Chaos Grunts, 1 Infernal Juggernaut and 2 Lesser Warlocks)

Satyr Lord
- Aura of Nightmare Fire now consumes (18+3*LVL) mana per seconds down from (30+5*LVL) mana.
- Corrupted Wisps (W) Detonate Ability now deals 340 damage to summoned units up from 225 damage and burns up to 65 mana up from 50.
- Generate Nightmare Point Ability of Nightmare Obelisk builings now rewards with 51 Gold and 29 Lumber down from 85 Gold and 45 Lumber.
- Satyr Trickster and Satyr Warrior units don't consume food now, but are limited to 20 and 25 units.
- Rebalanced cost of buildings. Also some of them now have an increased HP regeneration.
  • Corrupted Ancient Protector now costs 175 Gold and 135 Lumber instead of 240 Gold and 130 Lumber. Its regeneration rate is increased to 2.75 HP/sec up from 0.5 HP/sec.
  • Corrupted Ancient of War now costs 185 Gold and 65 Lumber instead of 255 Gold and 70 Lumber. Its regeneration rate is increased to 2.5 HP/sec up from 0.5 HP/sec.

- Construct Clockwerks (Q) Additional Ability has 20 seconds cooldown from 30 seconds and it summons 8 Clockwerk Goblins up from 6 Goblins. Also it has a lesser manacost now.
- Pocket Factory (W) Additional Ability now has 30 seconds cooldown down from 40 seconds. Also it lasts 65 seconds up from 40 seconds and spawns Clockwerk Goblins each 2 seconds down from 2.5 seconds. Each spawned Clockwerk Goblin now lasts 92 seconds up from 68 seconds. Also it has lesser manacost.
- Clockwerk (Q) Kaboom Ability now deals 195 damage up from 165. Partial damage radius is now 285 up from 250.
- Goblin Mortar Teams (Q) Kaboom Ability now automatically happens and has an increased partial damage radius 315 up from 250.
- Lesser Tinker units Construct Clockwerks (R) Ability now summon 2 Clockwerk Goblin instead of 1 per cast.
- Clockwerk Goblin units movement speed now 300 up from 270.
- Can now build Goblin Rifle Towers instead of Guard Towers. They have a high attack speed. Also they can be upgraded into Goblin Sniper Towers

Happy New Year, right? Whatever. Darkness vs Live 1.17.1 v50 EN - Warcraft 3 Maps - Epic War.com - New version is here, and finally was added male elf hero! But now he is still in development, be sure to clearly and logically thinking, when you gonna select him. Also I've tried to make slk optimization on the map, which have reduced loading time of map by more than twice! (at least that happened on my local tests ofc).
Be sure to report if map will start to cause some unexpected errors or crashes after that SLK optimization.
The Living
In general
- Dwarfland Quests Creeps now don't have Bash ability, instead they have got critical strike, same for the bosses.
- Angry Bear Boss of Poachers Quest now has an increased Basic Attack Cooldown 1.2 up from 0.85.
- Added Elf Male hero. Currently it has next paths:

- Renamed/Changed icons of Schoolbooks. Now they're called Scroll of Knowledge.
- Fixed minor bug and now elven male mages heroes can now get exp from Scrolls of Knowledge.
- Made possible SLK optimization for the map, drastically decreasing map loading time. Please report if you notice bugs/errors.

The Living
In general
- Reworked Respawn Time of fallen heroes. Now it has dynamic formula (10+1*HeroLVL) seconds instead of 30 seconds.
- Undead heroes of the Living Team now have reworked respawn time formula too instead of old 60/90/120/180 seconds (Zombie/Mutated Zombie-Ghoul-Skeleton Mage/Abomination-Crazy Ghoul/Titan Zombie-Blood Berserker-Lich).
- Timmy, Boss in the Mine Location now has an increased attack damage on all forms.
- Minor reterrain to the Citadel Town, adding more space for building up (pathway to hills).
- All Storm type Hero Abilities (Fire Storm, Holy Storm and etc) now deals more damage, but has more time between waves (will be explained later).

Darkness vs Live 1.17.5 v53 EN - Warcraft 3 Maps - Epic War.com - New DVL version is here. Well. Yeah. It appeared that Reforged options (models and etc) are completely uncompatible with classic version of wc3, making a mess with like invisible models and etc. And with people complaining, I had to make the Unforge (Ba dum ts) with reverting back to classic models (with fucked up some units model scales in Reforged mode).
The Living
In general
- New spot where the heroes can spawn - Trading Town. Along with a few exclusive random bonuses in this Town for human male with random bonus.
- Minorly reworked Spawning in Bandit Lair random bonus. Now it has less neutral bandit enemies and Torturer Blade now deals 2650 damage up from 750.
- Unstable Gunpowder upgrade now gives 2x bonus of "Black Gunpowder" upgrade up from 3x bonus.
- Reworked Dwarfland system. Now unlocking it doesn't make the Alliance player to ignore neutral-hostile creeps.
- Rejuvenation (Q) Additional Ability now heals 1030 hp up from 820 and 360 mana up from 205. (Affects: Battle Druid and Nature Druid)
- Nature Druid and Apprentice Druid are now supposed to be able to attack Training Columns.

Battle Druid Hero Class
- Increased life regeneration to 26.5 up from 15.
- Increased basic movement speed to 295 up from 270.
- Decreased Basic Attack Cooldown to 1.5 seconds down from 1.9 seconds.
- Increased the basic Armor of the Hero to 8 up from 6 along with benefits from the Hero Empowerment upgrades.
- Battle Roar (R) Hero Ability now has reworked formulas: (30+8*LVL) bonus damage up from (10+10*LVL) damage and (23+2*LVL) seconds cooldown instead of 45 seconds cooldown on all levels.

Dragonhawk Knight Hero Class
- Increased mana regeneration of the Hero to 3.75 up from 0.25.

Mercenary Hero Class
- Now requires 6 LVL down from 12 LVL to transform to the final form.
- Requires Steel Axe, Mithril Shield, Rune Bracers and Reinforced Leather Armor instead of nothing to evolve to the Mercenary final form, drastically increasing total gold cost.
- Basic HP has been increased to 745 up from 200.
- Basic Amor has been increased to 22 up from 5. Along with armor benefits from Hero Empowerment upgrades.
- Increased the Attack Damage minorly.
- Now has three additional abilities: Special Weapon (38% Cleave), Magic Resistance 40% and Armor (blocking 10 damage).

Killer Hero Class
- Now requires 6 LVL down from 12 LVL to transform to the final form.
- Requires Steel Spear, Mithril Shield and Reinforced Leather Armor instead of nothing to evolve to the Mercenary final form, drastically increasing total gold cost.

- Now requires 6 LVL down from 12 LVL to transform to the final form.
- Requires Steel Axe, Mithril Shield and Reinforced Leather Armor instead of nothing to evolve to the Mercenary final form, drastically increasing total gold cost.
- Basic HP has been increased to 620 up from 200.
- Basic Amor has been increased to 17 up from 4. Along with armor benefits from Hero Empowerment upgrades.

Engineer Hero Class
- Bots Modification upgrade now has (45+15*LVL) seconds research time up from (30+15*LVL) seconds.

- Tesla Tower buildings now deal magic type damage instead of hero type damage. Also their attack damage has been a bit decreased.

Mayor Hero Class
- Now Money Making (Q) Hero Ability once again is now auto-cast ability.


The Darkness
In general:
- No changes.

Darkness Demon
- The Hero basic Stregnth is increased to 55 up from 35. Intelligence raised to 34 up from 23 and basic HP increased to 850 up from 500.
- Now selecting this Hero will give additional units bonuses, as if you'd pick Darkness Captain and Darkness Paladin (+240 HP, +20 Attack Damage, +20% Attack Speed and 35% Magic Resistance to all the Darkness Base units)
Chief Tinker
- Replaced Goblin Shredder starting unit with 4 additional Goblin Worker units.
- Goblin Mini Factories buildings now require Great Hall to be built first.

-Implemented changes of new DVL versions: 1.17.4 => 1.17.4a => 1.17.4b => 1.17.4c => 1.17.5
-DVL Unforged (returned to classic things, no reforged integration).
-Spawning in bandit lair via picking Human Male with random bonus, now should give the hero a mini-guide item, describing of how to escape from the prison.
-Replaced all Circles of Powers with classic version (even on Reforged mode)
-Sharks should be seen again now even if SLK optimization will happen (but it won't happen soon).
-Royal Liutenant imported model should be now working correctly now.

Darkness vs Live 1.18.3j v54 EN - Warcraft 3 Maps - Epic War.com - It's been a very long hiatus. A lot of DVL versions have been released in summer, thus making me to delay update and race to the current version of original DVL. But well, there it is: n
General Changes
- Activating secret with the flying sheeps now gives 375 Gold up from 250.
- Secret Artifact Sheep Hood now gives +35% MS and 20% AS in addition to +20 to all stats.
- Picking up Sheep Hood now will play a fun voiceline, but works once each 2 minutes.
- Added huge trees, which contain 5000 hp/lumber, comparing with a simple trees with 500 hp/lumber.
- All Area of Damage abilities, which could damage friendly units now are not supposed to do that. (For example: Blizzard (Q) Hero Ability now doesn't deal damage to friendly units in target area, only to enemies)


The Living
In general
- Citadel has been reterrained: It now has more space inside and additional passages in-territory or nearby.
- The Mine Location has been minorly decreased in sizes (aka less ores there, fellas) due to the Citadel reterrain.
- Blacksmith-Barracks-Arcane Sanctum buidlings are now not selling items. Their trade functions were transfered to the trader-units: Ranks Dealer, Arms Dealer and Wonders Dealer, who are located nearby to related buildings.
- For poor fellas of both communities, Fun-service: Elven Lands can be now opened. You just need to destroy Fire Magic Generator, nearby the passage between the Dwarfland and Elven Lands and then bring the Hero to the elven Territory to Ally them. They have a Citadel, where it has a lot of free space for building up.
- Due to english community missing times when the Last Bastion was located inside the Elven Citadel - I've given a new feature exclusively for the English DVL - Second Last Hope Bastion. Wish to defend from the Darkness with brutal elves? Just capture the Last Hope Bastion (in the Dwarfland) and then capture the Second Last Hope Bastion in the Elven lands. Wish to be loyal for original current concepts or don't wanna the Darkness player to suffer? Just don't capture it, lose the Last Hope Bastion and you're done.
- With respect to the old times, the Elves are giving 6/6 upgrades for the Alliance, if you unlock them.

- Quests in Zone-1 has been buffed, they give a bit more Experience or even more if they're a single person quests:
  • Postman Quest (each item) now gives (100+12*HeroLVL) experience up from simple 100 Experience for each delivery on the Alliance Towns. Also it gives (150+50*HeroLVL) Experience upon delivering to the Citadel up from simple 300 Experience.
  • Gravedigger Quest now gives (275+100*HeroLVL) Experience up from simple 275 Experience.
- Spawning in Trading Town now gives more gold, comparing if you spawned in other towns, including random bonus for random human male (maybe will describe more later).
- New Random Item in the Trading Town and the Secret Hero (Grave Keeper) connected with such a Random Item.
- Profit Trading (aka selling for the maximum cost Trade Items) now gives more Experience and Gold (will be described later).
- New Hero Class for Elven Male: Bear Druid. A powerful Tank and melee Brawler with high regeneration capabilities.
- Light Golems, Water Elementals and Lava Spawns now receive additional power-ups (more attack damage and hit points) from their summoners levels, each 10 levels.
- Scroll of Knowledge each reading now lasts 5 seconds down from 8 seconds. Scroll of Advanced Knowledge each reading now lasts 3.5 seconds down from 5 seconds.
- Sprint (F) Active Ability of Starting living heroes now lasts 8 seconds up from 5 seconds. Also its cooldown has been decreased to 15 seconds down from 30 seconds.
- More to be Announced a bit later.

Captain (General) Hero Class (Human Male)
- Defend (Q) Hero Toggle Ability now has a decreased chance to block incoming piercing damage (19+1*LVL)% down from (17+2*LVL)%.

Paladin Warrior Hero Class (Human Male)
- Now has Devotion Aura in spellbook in addition. Adds 12 bonus armor to friendly nearby units.
- Added Paladin Mastery gameplay mechanic: upon reaching 20 and 36 levels, additional abilities Divine Pulverize, Devotion Aura and Paladin Armor will improve and be more stronger. Also receives bonus 1.6 mana regeneration per Mastery level and +45 additional damage.
- Great Light Golem now receives bonus attack damage and bonus hit points on each 10 levels of the Hero. (related to patch note in the general section about element power)

- Light Fury (E) Hero Active Ability now has a decreased stun duration (0.5+0.5*LVL (0.25+0.25*LVL)) seconds down from (1+1*LVL (0.5+0.5*LVL)) seconds.

Paladin Defender Hero Class (Human Male)
- Now has Devotion Aura in spellbook in addition. Adds 12 bonus armor to friendly nearby units.
- Added Paladin Mastery gameplay mechanic: upon reaching 20 and 36 levels, additional abilities Divine Pulverize, Devotion Aura and Paladin Armor will improve and be more stronger. Also receives bonus 1.6 mana regeneration per Mastery level and +45 additional damage.

- Blizzard (Q) Hero Active (Channeling) Ability each waves time has been decreased to 0.33 seconds down from 0.5 seconds. (Affects High Hydromancer and Hydromancer hero forms)
- Water Shield (E) Hero Autocast Ability now gives (4*LVL) bonus Armor up from (2*LVL) and more life regeneration (40+15*LVL) hp/per second up from (20+15*LVL) hp/per second. (Affects High Hydromancer hero form).
- Water Elementals benefits from Water Element Power upgrade each 10 levels of the Hero (related to the patch note in general section). (Works only for High Hydromancer hero form)

Firemancer Hero Class (Human Male)
- Fire Shield (W) Hero Active Ability now has an increased AoE (140+20*LVL) up from simple 160 AoE on all levels.
- Flame Strike (E) Hero Ability now deals (30+40*LVL) damage up from (20+30*LVL) damage per second for 3 seconds. Also it deals (16+4*LVL) damage per second for next 9 seconds up from (8+2*LVL) damage per second for next 6 seconds. Also Area of Effect has been increased to (180+20*LVL) up from simple 200 AoE.
- Lava Spawns benefits from Fire Element Power upgrade each 10 levels of the Hero (related to the patch note in general section). (Works only for High Firemancer hero form)

Frost Sorceress Hero Class (Elf Female)
- Burning Blizzard (Q) Hero Active (Channeling) Ability now costs less mana (66+4*LVL) mana per cast down from (135+15*LVL) mana. Also it's cooldown has been decreased to 5 seconds down from 8 seconds.
- Frost Nova (W) Hero Active Ability now costs less manacost (66+4*LVL) mana per cast down from (95+10*LVL) mana per cast. Also it has an increased AoE (200+10*LVL) up from simple 200 AoE.
- Frost Armor (E) Hero Autocast Ability now gives more armor (8+5*LVL) armor up from (3+3*LVL) armor.
- Summon Ice Revenant (Q) Additional Active Ability now summons 2 Ice Revenants instead of 1.
- Ice Revenants benefits from Water Element Power upgrade each 10 levels of the Hero (related to the patch note in general section).



Spell Breaker Hero Class (Elf Male)
- The Hero's main attribute is now - Agility instead of Strength.
- The Hero's starting attributes STR/AGI/INT has been changed to - 4/5/4 instead of 6/3/4.
- Agility per Level has been increased to 4.3 per level up from 1.8.
- Intelligence per Level has been decreased to 2.5 per level up down from 3.5.
- Strength per Level has been decreased to 3.2 per level up down from 4.7.
- Magic Defend (Q) Hero Ability now levels up on 1/4/7/10/13/16/19/22 levels up from 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15 levels. The movement spead decrease has been increased to (64-4*LVL)%, but in return ability now gives additional attack speed (17+3*LVL)%. Also leveling up this ability will increased the attack damage of the Hero by (15*LVL).
- Flame Strike (E) Hero Ability now deals (30+40*LVL) damage up from (20+30*LVL) damage per second for 3 seconds. Also it deals (16+4*LVL) damage per second for next 9 seconds up from (8+2*LVL) damage per second for next 6 seconds. Also Area of Effect has been increased to (180+20*LVL) up from simple 200 AoE.
- Replaced Fire Storm (R) Hero Ultimate Ability with a new ability - Mana Flare - Deals (6+3*LVL (5+2*LVL)) damage per 1 spent manapoint to nearby enemy units, who casts spells up to (180+90*LVL (135+68*LVL)) damage. Increases
- Control Magic (W) Additional Active Ability is now supposed to last longer 95 seconds up from 15 seconds (honestly, i don't think that duration really applies to controlled units. Maybe only for permanent summons).

Battle Druid Hero Class (Elf Male)
- Given 2% max HP regeneration per second for the Hero.
- Summon Treants (Q) Hero Active Ability now has lesser cooldown: 10 seconds down from 20 seconds and a decreased manacost: 85/80/115/110/145/140/175/160 down from 125/120/160/155/195/190/230/250 mana per cast.
- Strength of the Wild (E) Hero Passive Ability now levels up on 10/14/18/22/26/30/34/38 levels up from 6/9/12/15/18/21/24/27 levels
- Entangling Roots (W) Hero Active Ability now deals (28+12*LVL) damage per second up from (10+5*LVL) damage. Also it lasts longer on heroes & elite units for (1+0.5*LVL) seconds up from (1+0.33*LVL) seconds.
- Tranquility (T) Hero Active Ability (Late Game Ability) now lasts (19+1*LVL) seconds down from (25+5*LVL) seconds, but cooldown was decreased to (124-4*LVL) seconds down from (183-3*LVL) seconds. Manacost was decreased to (78+27*LVL) down from (105+30*LVL). Also completely finishing casting such an ability will give +1 lives to the Living Team players.
- Treants now receives additional damage from the Nature's Blessing upgrade (the one, which upgrades with each 8 levels of the Hero). But their damage increase from upgrades was decreased to 6 damage down from 8 damage. Also their Damage Sides per Dice was decreased to 5 down from 6.

Nature Druid Hero Class (Elf Male)

- All non-mage upgrades has been transfered to the Blacksmith building.
- Blacksmith building now has an increased limit 4 up from 2.

Engineer Hero Class (Dwarf Male)
- Increased damage and maximum targets for Forked Lightning (W) Ability to 265 damage and 5 targets up from 215 damage and 3 targets (Affects: Tesla Bots and Tesla Towers)

Siege Tank Hero Class (Dwarf Male)
- Basic Attack Range has been increased to 790 up from 720.
- Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.5 seconds down from 2.0 seconds.
- Rocket Barrage (Q) Hero Active Ability now casts a bit faster (less effect missiles are flying and their speed has been increased)
- Tech Modifications (E) Hero Passive Ability now gives (11*LVL)% bonus damage to the Hero up from (5*LVL)% bonus damage.
- Siege Mode (R) Hero Ultimate Active Ability now gives (15*LVL) bonus Strength up from (8*LVL) bonus Strength and (4*LVL) bonus Armor up from (2*LVL) bonus Armor.
- Siege Tank in Siege Mode now has an increased Attack Range 2315 up from 1970.
- Siege Tank in Siege Mode now has an increased Attack Splash Area 90/210/395 (100%/60%/25% damage) up from 50/165/240 AoE.
- Siege Tank in Siege Mode now has a decreased Basic Attack Cooldown 2.25 seconds down from 3.0 seconds.
- Siege Tank in Siege Mode now has an increased Bonus Damage per Upgrade 34 up from 24. (Affected by Unstable Gunpowder upgrade and Hero Empowerment upgrade)

Dark Crusader (Secret Hero)
- Holy Flail Strike (E) Hero Passive Orb Ability now stun duration is longer 3(1) seconds up from 1(0.01) seconds. Also each leveling up of this ability now gives (15+15*LVL) damage up from (5+5*LVL) (Affects: Divine Crusader Form)


The Darkness
In general:
- Minor Reterrains in Zone-1. Some places now should have more open space for building up. For example territory nearby the Altar of Darkness (right from the Altar of Darkness)
- New Darkness Base Hero: Mad Genius. Its a combo hero, who requires the Chief Tinker to be selected by the Darkness Hero player, before.
- Darkness Base Player can now train without requiring a combo: Darkness Demon, Nature Abomination and Crypt Lord
- 2 New Darkness Heroes: Darkness Templar and Makrura Overlord. The Makrura Overlord is exclusive only for 1 player per game.
- More will be announced later.

Warlord of the Amani (Darkness Hero)
- The Hero now uses a custom imported model, instead of a usual one.
- Healing Wave (Q) Active Ability now heals 328 hit points up from 215 hit points to 6 targets up from 4 targets and each jump heals less 20% HP down from 25% HP (Affects: Forest Troll Shadow Priests)

Old God (Darkness Base Hero)
- More will be announced later

Blood Prince (Darkness Hero)
- Now has access to Blood Sorcerer units (more will be described later)

Gardener (Darkness Hero)
- Decreased Training Time of most Gardener units. The details later

Demonologist (Darkness Hero)
- Dark Portal (A) Hero Additional Ability (Unlocks on 50 LVL) now has a decreased manacost 3740 down from 7495 mana.

Chief Tinker (Darkness Hero)
- Rocket Barrage (Q) Hero Active Ability now deals (192+168*LVL) damage up from (96+84*LVL) damage. But in return it doesn't have increased damage against enemy buildings. Also it's cooldown has been increased to (16.2-0.2*LVL) seconds up from (8.2-0.2*LVL) seconds. Also its manacost has been increased to 140 up from 70 per cast.
- Pocket Factory (W) Hero Additional Ability now spawns Clockwerk Goblins each 5 seconds up from 2 seconds.

Necromancer (and Girl-Necromancer) (Darkness Hero)
- Raise Melee Skeleton (Q) Hero Autocast Ability now has cooldown 6.75/6/5.25/4.5/8.5/7.75/7.00/6.25 seconds up from 4.5/4.0/3.5/3.0/6.0/5.5/5.0/4.5 seconds.
- Raise Skeleton Archer (W) Hero Autocast Ability now has cooldown 6.75/6/5.25/4.5/9.0/8.25/7.50/6.75 seconds up from 4.5/4.0/3.5/3.0/6.0/5.5/5.0/4.5 seconds.

Uhm hi, which version can the map be played with now? I played with 1.31 and its still fine for the last version but this current version bugged for me apparently.

The current version (1.18.3j v54) can be played only in Reforged (1.32+) WC3, due to because there were added reforged trigger functions (minimap special icons), previous version (1.17.5 v53) can be on 1.31+ wc3 due to having frames, feature of wc3 1.31 patch, if I remember correctly

Bugs like infinite troll elites or messed up capture location of the Second Last Hope Bastion, yikes. And in addition Reforged itself tried to stab me with a knife, like messing up tech requirements for some upgrades (making them far early available). But now its all supposed to be fixed, or at least temporary fixed minorly. Well. There it is: New version of DVL with new Press X to Win Darkness Hero - Lich King.
Also yay, after some suffering, SLK optimization is now back to DVL. It means you will load faster the map ingame. Also it now has a decreased map size once again.
The General Changes
- Sheep Hood Secret Artifact now gives +30 AGI and +20 other stats up from +20 to all stats, but in return it doesn't give bonus to attack speed anymore (but it can be stacked with any gloves now).
The Living
In general
- Light Generator Quest now requires to be protected only for 75 seconds down from 90 seconds, but now it blocks Darkness Quests only for 6 minutes down from 10 minutes.
- Divine Wrath (W) Hero Active Ability now has cooldown (22+1*LVL) seconds instead of simple 32 seconds. (Affects Heroes: Paladin Magister, Paladin Warrior, Paladin Lord)

- Paladin Lord Additional Hero now has a decreased stats growth. Decreased Agility per level to 1.75 down from 2.25. Decreased Intelligence per level to 1.50 down from 2.00. Decreased Strength per level to 3.00 down from 3.75.

- Divine Protection (T) Hero Active Late Game Ability now has cooldown (126-6*LVL) seconds down from (200-20*LVL) seconds. But its duration has been decreased to (5+1*LVL) seconds down from (10+2*LVL) seconds. Manacost has been decreased to (95+35*LVL) mana down from (165+35*LVL) mana.
- Divine Shield (W) Hero Active Ability now has an increased duration (4+2*LVL) seconds up from (2+2*LVL) seconds and reworked cooldown (19+2*LVL) seconds instead of (37-1*LVL) seconds. (22.5 seconds invulnerability with 37.5 seconds cooldown on 8th level instead of 18 seconds invul with 27 seconds cooldown)

Paladin Warrior Hero Class (Human Male)
- Holy Storm (R) Hero Ultimate Ability has been reworked. Its now based on Monsoon ability - you channel on some target area. It has less AoE (with range) but deals damage much faster, each 1.5 seconds down from 4 seconds

Inqisitor Hero Class (Human Male)
- Redeem Corpse Additional Ability now restores 15 mana per cast instead of consuming 10 mana per cast.

- Now has Hero Attack Type instead of Normal Attack Type.

Nature Druid Hero Class (Elf Male)
- Now has Nature Aura in Additional Abilities. It regenerates (3+2*LVL) hit points to nearby organic units (Regens 25 hp per second at 9th level of the ability). Has 9 levels (starts at 1st).
- Thorns Aura (W) Hero Passive Aura now returns (10+3*LVL)% damage up from (3*LVL)% damage and it Area of Effect has been increased to 1180 up from 900. Also leveling up this ability improves (increases level) Nature Aura additional ability, making it to give more life regeneration to nearby friendly units.

Flame Mage Hero Class (Human Male)
- Fire Shield (W) Hero Active Ability now gives (6*LVL) bonus Armor and (2.5*LVL) bonus life regeneration on each level up of this ability to the Firemancer Hero.

Engineer Hero Class (Dwarf Male)
- Now Special Upgrades - Energy Generation; Auto-Repair Module and New Mechanisms - they have 3rd level of Research, which unlocks on 40th minute of the Game.
- Generators now costs 70 Gold and 200 Lumber up from 35 Gold and 100 Lumber. Also its limited to 14 maximum down from 25 maximum. But in return it can generate 135 Gold, on reaching 415 mana. Basic mana regeneration is 1 mana per second, but can be increased with Energy Generation upgrade.
- Tesla Bots units and Tesla Towers buildings now have a Hero Attack Type instead of Magic Attack Type (once again!).

Siege Tank Hero Class (Dwarf Male)
- Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.35 seconds down from 1.5 seconds.
- Bonus damage per upgrade (via Hero Empowerment and Unstable Gunpowder upgrades) has been increased to 14 from 9 damage (non Siege Mode form).
- Siege Tank in Siege Mode now has an increased Basic Attack Cooldown 2.75 seconds up from 2.25 seconds.

Battle Helicopter Hero Class (Dwarf Male)
- Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.5 seconds down from 1.75 seconds.
- Now has an additional ability (and spellbook to contain) - Flak Cannons - Deals additional 108/81/54 splash damage on 75/180/375 AoE to air enemy units.

Flamethrower Hero Class (Dwarf Male)
- Increased Strength per level to 6.50 up from 5.00.

Puppeteer (Secret Hero)
- Increased Agility per level to 2.25 up from 2.00. Increased Intelligence per level to 7.25 up from 6.50. Increased Strength per level to 2.50 up from 1.50.

Mermaid (Bonus Secret Hero)
- Coral Scales Upgrade (Sea Empire) now gives +25% bonus HP and +135 bonus HP per level up from simple +25% bonus HP.
- Coral Blades Upgrade (Sea Empire) now gives +2% bonus Attack Speed to units per level in addition to other bonuses (damage bonus).


The Darkness
In general:
- Transform time of Circles of Power to the next form (v2 or v3) now should take 1 second down from 3 seconds.
- Darkness Bone Chimes Misc Item now gives +15% Lifesteal for auto-attacks to the wearer of the item in addition of Vampiric Aura.
- Some Darkness items are now cheaper:
  • Summoning Stone now costs 395 Gold down from 750 Gold;
  • Empowered Summoning Stone now costs 3175 Gold down from 5475 Gold;

- Corrupted Buildings (aka Barracks, Blacksmiths and etc) should now repair faster up to 4 times.

First Death Knight (Darkness Base Hero)
- Hero's basic mana regeneration has been increased to 1.85 mana/per second up from 1.25 mana/per second.
- Hero's basic life regeneration has been increased to 3.50 HP/per second up from 2.00 HP/per second.
- Death Knight semi-elite units now can transform into Elite Death Knight units. They have improved Chain Finger of Death Ability, Raise Skeletal Champions instead of simple Orcs and have Animate Dead Ability. They're limited to 4 maximum.

Old God (Darkness Base Hero)
- Training Time has been decreased to 155 seconds down from 180 seconds.

Blood Prince (Darkness Hero)
- The Hero now has splash on his auto-attacks.
- The Hero Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.9 seconds down from 2.2 seconds.
- Spawns with 1 Blood Vampire and 2 Blood Sorcerers instead of 4 Living Blood units.
- The Hero basic HP has been increased to 610 up from 380.
- Blood Creators now can summon Blood Sorcerers units on 28th Level of the Blood Prince down from 35th Level.
- Living Blood units now have 450 basic HP up from 385 HP and their Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.15 seconds down from 1.35 seconds.
- Blood Zombie units now have 890 basic HP up from 770 HP and their Basic Attack Cooldown has been decreased to 1.15 seconds down from 1.35 seconds.

Gardener (Darkness Hero)
- Reaching 42 LVL by the Hero now gives +1630 HP, +58 Attack Damage and +15 life regeneration to all the Gardener units.

Makrura Overlord (Darkness Hero)
- Monsoon (R) Hero Ultimate Ability now has a decreased damage interval between waves 1.5 seconds down from 3 seconds and an increased AoE (280+35*LVL) up from (280+20*LVL).
- Spawning Pool Upgrade now gives a decreased boost to spawn of Makrura units to +2 Makrura Pooldwellers down from +4 and +1 Makrura Frost Tidecallers and Deepseers down from +2.

Chief Tinker (Darkness Hero)
- Goblin Experiments Upgrade now requires 10/20 LVL of the Chief Tinker to be researched down from 20/30 LVL
- Lesser Tinker Adept/Master Training now requires 10/20 LVL of the Chief Tinker to be researched down from 20/30 LVL. Also it gives 120 mana per level up from 100 mana and 265 HP up from 65 HP per level.
- Decreased Training Time for most of goblin units:
  • Clockwerk Goblin: 13 seconds => 6 seconds.
  • Goblin Shredder: 35 seconds => 20 seconds.
  • Goblin Air Battleship: 45 seconds => 30 seconds.
  • Goblin Marine: 16 seconds => 9 seconds.
  • Goblin Sniper: 24 seconds => 18 seconds.

Warlock (and Warlock-Demonologist) (Darkness Hero)
- Orc Burrow buildings now benefits from Orcish Ranged Weapons and Berserker Strength upgrades. Also it has an increased damage, higher attack speed and it produces 8 food up from 4 food per building.
- Chaos Watch Tower buildings now can cast Bloodlust, Firebolt and Cripple abilities. Also their limits increases to 24 up from 8, upon Warlock (or Warlock-Demonologist) reaching 40 LVL. Also they benefits from Apprentice Warlock Training now.

Satyr Lord (Darkness Hero)
- Dispel Magic (F) Additional Active Ability now deals 625 to summoned units up from 400 damage per cast.
- Nightmare Obelisk buildings now receives an increased limit 24 from 12 upon Satyr Lord reaching 40 LVL
- Satyr Hellcaller elite units now receives an increased limit 8 from 4 upon Satyr Lord reaching 40 LVL
- Satyr Firecaller elite units now receives an increased limit 8 from 4 upon Satyr Lord reaching 40 LVL
- Fixed unit priorities in selection, so now Satyr Lord should be the first one if selected with elite units along.

Twilight King (Cho) (Darkness Hero)

New Version of the Darkness vs Live is already there! - Tired of being ready to pick hero on game loading? Stop worrying! Now the Game has a 1 minute delay before game starts, giving players an option to reconsider where they will spawn and what they will roll. Also in addition to this delay, players can now select 3 Game Modes (1 only from these 3). Quest Lock, No Second Last Hope Bastion or Original Mode (Combination of both first one modes). The first 2 modes requires 2 votes only, while the third one requires 3 votes.

- Cavalry Plating (E) Hero Passive Ability now blocks (10+4*LVL) incoming damage up from (10+3*LVL) (45 blocked damage on 8th level up from 37 blocked damage). Also its minimal damage has been removed. (Affects Elite Knight form)
- Enhanced Cavalry Plating (E) Hero Passive Ability now blocks (12+5*LVL) incoming damage up from (9+4*LVL) (60 blocked damage on 8th level up from 47 blocked damage). Also its minimal damage has been removed. (Affects Champion form)

Bear Druid Hero Class (Human Male)

The Darkness
In general:
- Reterrained the Altar of Darkness Territory, it now has a minor mountain for buildings and a bit more open space.
- Added additional Darkness Tower to the Altar of Darkness, making it to 3 Darkness Towers protecting the Altar up from 2. It also affected by the Darkness Barrier.
- Darkness Bone Chimes Misc Item now gives +28% Lifesteal for auto-attacks to the wearer of the item up from 15% Lifesteal.

Their cost and research time have been doubled.
- Darkness Might upgrade now gives +42% bonus HP up from +20% bonus HP to undead units each level and +2.85 bonus life regeneration up from +1.5 life regen.

Satyr Lord (Darkness Hero)
- Satyr Blades upgrade now has 9 levels down from 18 levels. 2 first levels require nothing, while 4 next requires Tier 2/3 Town Hall and nex Each level cost has been doubled, along with research time. Each level now increases mana regeneration of Satyr units by 0.7 up from 0.35 and attack speed by 5% up from 3%.
- Increased the Attack Damage of Satyr Units almost twice due to upgrade rescale:
  • Satyr Trickster: Damage dice has been increased to 2d12 up from 2d6. Damage per Upgrade has been increased to 12 up from 6.

-Fixed Goblin Mini Factories, they now don't require Great Hall (as it was intended in original DVL)
-Fixed SLK mutating descriptions, which turned float numbers into integers one in descriptions
-Additional text colorings and some fixes
-Theoretically fixed potential exploit via new DVL patches, which allowed the Warlock to receive the Warchiefs duplicates
-Fixed possible bug for Grave Keeper Secret Hero, which froze progress for additional strength, it could occur with players actively using abilities via hotkeys

Darkness vs Live 1.18.5eF v57 EN - Warcraft 3 Maps - Epic War.com - Pretty minor update related to actual game balance. But with this came a new mode - No Dwarflands. Wanna play on only zone 1, no Last Hope Bastions? Just vote for this mode and voila! Now currently I believe it would be still heavily unbalanced, due to its changes to game with its activation.
The Living
In general
- Divine Wrath (W) Hero Active Ability now has a decreased duration (6+1*LVL) seconds down from (7+1*LVL) seconds. Duration still the same on 8th level of the ability. (Affects: Paladin Warrior, Paladin Magister, Paladin Lord heroes)
- Slow Poison (Q) Hero Passive Ability now deals 55 damage per second on 8th level of the ability up from 50 damage. (Affects: Apprentice Killer, Killer, Dryad, Shadow Warrior Heroes)
- Battle Rage (W) Hero Active Ability now has 16 seconds duration up from 15 seconds on 8th level of the ability. (Affects: Dragonhawk Knight, Darkness Hunter and Shadow Huntress Heroes)
- Mana Burn (Q) Hero Active Ability now has an increased range 865 up from 845 on 8th level of the ability. (Affects: Darkness Hunter)
- Heavy Defend (Q) Hero Active Ability now has a decreased block of incoming damage from spells (100-8*LVL)% down from (100-9*LVL)%.

Righteous Paladin Hero Class (Human Male)
- Aura of Holy Fire (Q) Hero Active Ability now has 1100 Area of Effect down from 1200 AoE on 8th level of the ability. Also it deals 165 damage down from 185 damage on 8th level of the ability.

Champion (Knight) Hero Class (Human Male)
- Swapped required items for Elite Knigth & Champion Hero Classes. Now Elite Knight requires Scroll of Regeneration, increasing its total gold cost. While Champion now doesnt require it, decreasing total gold cost.
- Elite Knight Hero Class now has 2% HP regeneration too.
- Charge (W) Hero Active Ability now has a cooldown 9 seconds on all levels down from (12.75 - 0.25*LVL) seconds.
- Cavalry Plating (E) Hero Passive Ability now blocks (12+5*LVL) incoming damage up from (10+4*LVL) (57 blocked damage on 8th level up from 45 blocked damage). Also it can be leveled up on 1/4/7/10/13/16/19/22 levels down from 1/5/9/13/17/21/25/29 levels. (Affects Elite Knight form)
- Enhanced Cavalry Plating (E) Hero Passive Ability now blocks (14+6*LVL) incoming damage up from (12+5*LVL) (75 blocked damage on 8th level up from 60 blocked damage). Also it can be leveled up on 1/4/7/10/13/16/19/22 levels down from 1/5/9/13/17/21/25/29 levels. (Affects Champion form)

Bear Druid Hero Class (Elf Male)
- Bear Fury (Q) Hero Active Ability now gives 55% attack speed on 8th level of the ability up from 50%.

Inquisitor Hero Class (Human Male)
- Punishment (Q) Hero Ability now deals 160 damage per wave up from 150 damage. (Affects: Inqisitor hero form (not high Inqisitor)

True Brewmaster (Secret Hero)
- Drunken Brawler (E) Hero Passive Ability has been reworked. Now it gives 50% evasion on 8th level of the ability up from 40%. Also its critical strike chance/modifier have been rescaled: Now its a 25% chance up from 10%, but (1+0.5*LVL) times damage down from (1+1*LVL) times damage (5.5 times damage on 8th level of the ability down from 9 times damage).
- Drunken Balance (R) Hero Ultimate Passive Ability now gives an increased stats. (15+15*LVL) Strength up from (12+12*LVL) Strength and (9+9*LVL) Agility up from (6+6*LVL) Agility. (Intelligence bonus remains the same)
- Drink an Ale (T) Hero Additional Ability now restores 750 mana for 10 seconds up from 375 mana. (Still dispels on enemy attacks)

The Darkness
In general:
- Cho Armor, Darkness Item now has a chance to block 115 damage up from 95 damage.

Twilight King (Cho) (Darkness Hero)
- Cho'Gall Hammer (Q) Hero Active Ability now has cooldown 5.4 seconds on 8th level of the ability up from 5.0 seconds.

Second Head (Gall) (Darkness Hero)
- Orb of Nether (Q) Hero Attack Modifier Ability now has an increased AoE for lowest damage 340 up from 335 on 8th level of the ability.

Lich King (Darkness Hero)
- Fury of Frostmourne now stuns heroes/elite units for (1.5+0.75*LVL) seconds down from (1.75+0.75*LVL) seconds.

Warlord of the Amani (Darkness Hero)
- Cursed Axe (Q) Hero Active Ability now deals 1055 damage up from 945 on 8th level of the ability.

Necromancer (and Necromancer-Girl) (Darkness Hero)
- Summon Skeleton Mage (R) Hero Ultimate Ability now has an increased manacost by 5 mana.
- Rain of Bones (Q) Hero Additional Ability now deals 160 damage on 8th level of the ability up from 150 damage (aka +49 LVL of the Hero)

Blood Prince (Darkness Hero)
- Bloof Fire Strike (W) Hero Active Ability now deals 305 damage per second on first 3 seconds down from 315 damage on 8th level of the ability.

Ancient Black Dragon (Darkness Hero)
- Miams of Death (W) Hero Active Ability now deals (30+23*LVL) damage per 0.5 seconds for first 3 seconds up from (30+18*LVL) damage.

-Implemented changes of new DVL versions: 1.18.5d => 1.18.5e => 1.18.5eF
-Fixed error, which showed text about 20 minutes passed as 40 minutes passed, which could confuse people.
-New mod: No Dwarflands - Locks Dwarflands, but moves shops to the Mine. Dwarfland Technologies are tied to Timmy Death and Zone-1 Quests gives far more Experience.
-Flying Sheeps are now paused before Game Starts.
-New imported icon for True Brewmaster.
-Swapped hotkeys of Drink an Ale (F) and Fortifying Brew (T) to Fortifying Brew (F) Drink an Ale (T) for True Brewmaster
-Few new colored descriptions.

Detailed description of the No Dwarflands Mode - Requires votes of 4 players, via writing -nd
- Dwarfland 2 ground pathways are locked via unkillable crystals.
- That means no Last Hope Bastions or Second Last Hope Bastions.
- Dwarfland Secret Laboratory and Experimental Weapon Trader are moved to the deep down of the Mine Location (where is located the Mortar Team)
- You can still receive Puppeteer, just in other location - same where are located Mortar Team, and 2 mentioned earlier shops. Just come to that place with Instrument Box after 16 minutes of the Game as a Villager hero.
- Killing Timmy will unlock Dwarfland Support, which is required for Dwarven Tech units/upgrades/buildings.
- Killing Timmy will also set upgrades of the Alliance to 6th level. And their Elemental Strength upgrade to 5 level.
- Due to lock of Dwarfland Quests - Zone 1 Quests are now gives 50% increased EXP reward. Also their repeated completion now will increase reward by 25% (150% - 175% and etc):
  • Postman Quests reaching points is not affected by modifier, only final reward is modified.
  • Gravedigger Quest burying corpse bonus reward is not affected by modifier. Only final reward is affected.
  • Killed Stags in Stag Hunt Quests are not affected by modifier. Only final reward is affected.
  • Caravan Defence Reward is unfortunately now affected by bonus reward, so reward will be immediately increased to 175% instead of 150%.
Mod is still in development. Rewards modifiers can be changed, if people complains.
