Lordaeron: the Aftermath
Recruiting official Community Organizers
Hello people.
Seeing that I have made the decision to put the editing process on the shelf for the remainder of the year, I thought a good idea would be search for someone who would consider themselves willing to join the editor team as a Community Organizer.

What does Community Organizer mean?
As a Community Organizer, you will officially join the Lordaeron: TA Editor team and be featured on the soon-to-be-made official Credits List.
Your task as Community Organizer is to engage with the LTA Community either through Brigandshaven or the LTA Discord by starting discussions, answering questions, moderating the threads and hosting games on Battle.net. You will be invited into the moderator section of the LTA Discord and be granted a special role.

What do I expect from a Community Organizer?
- Community Organizers are expected to pay attention to and use the Brigandshaven LTA forums and the LTA Discord server frequently, and to address community concerns about map development, bug fixes, balance issues, etc.
- You should be available for the rest of the Editor team to discuss issues with regarding the map, whether its development or community related. - You should have plenty of experience playing LTA, especially the current version, and maintain a sturdy opinion about the current state of the map, its meta and balance problems, bug issues etc.
- You should be genuinely interested in the development of the map and not simply take up this role to AFK and gain access to the Development area on Discord. The whole point of me creating this Community Organizer thing is to have someone willing to take up responsibility and help me out with map-related matters so I can focus on the actual map file.

So how does this work?
I'm currently looking for 2 Community Organizers, to help me carry the heavy workload of both working on the map and approaching the community on Discord. LTA has been even more unstable lately, meaning that I crash way more often while editing. It takes a craptonne of time to fix even the most mundane issue, so it would be great to have a couple of folks to take the responsibility of hanging out with people on the Discord and solve the issues that are raised there.

You can apply as Community Organizer by sending me a private message on Discord or by writing an application in the Community Organizer thread on Brigandshaven.
I'm looking forward to hear from you!

This seems like a pretty damn good idea actually. I don't know why no one thought about it until now? haha
